Ipswich Jets must ensure that the AML/CTF risk awareness training program provides for the processes and procedures that have been provided by the venues AML/CTF Program that relate to the work each employee will perform. This section of the course includes the relevant policy and procedure in place at the Club, including:

• Suspicious Matter Policy
• Know Your Customer – Customer Identification
• Unusual Matter Procedures
• Procedures for payouts of $10,000 or more
• Customer identification procedures – Know Your Customer (KYC) Records.
