Know Your Customer (KYC) – Customer Identification Procedures

Customer identification must occur before the payout of winnings and or accumulated credits, or the awarding of a prize, on a gaming machine involving an amount of $10,000 or more irrespective of the form of payment. [Venue Name] must collect basic KYC information from the individual customer:

1. Full name
2. Residential address, and
3. Date of birth.

This information will be entered into the PROCEDURE: CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION FORM, which shall be filed in the AML/CTF TRANSACTION RECORDS. Further information is available in the PROCEDURE $10,000 PAYOUTS.
