Know Your Customer (KYC) – Customer Identification Procedures
Customer identification must occur before the payout of winnings and or accumulated credits, or the awarding of a prize, on a gaming machine involving an amount of $10,000 or more irrespective of the form of payment. Cronulla RSL must collect basic KYC information from the individual customer:
- Full name
- Residential address, and
- Date of birth.
This information will be entered into the 9A. [CRSL] FORM CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION V2, which shall be filed in the AML/CTF TRANSACTION RECORDS. Further information is available in the 7. [CRSL] PROCEDURE $10,000 PAYOUTS V1.2 Training.
